Join us for a delightful 45-minute class brimming with creativity, laughter, and an array of movement opportunities!

Music triggers memories, encourages movement, and fosters storytelling. This class, designed for senior communities offers a gentle, seated approach to dance. Classes are structured to ensure EVERYONE can participate safely.
